Two Days Trekking with Donkey includes food, camping, transfer by car to Al Misfah village

Start of Tour & Preparation: The tour begins with a car transfer to Misfat al-Abriyeen village. After breakfast, meet your guide and the donkeys at the village entrance. The donkeys will be loaded with all necessary camping gear and food for the journey.

Trek Through Gardens and Wadis: Start your trek through the lush date palm gardens of Misfah, following the ancient falaj irrigation channels, and continue along wadis towards Aqpa Al-Hamra. This initial route is scenic, offering numerous photo opportunities of the sunlight reflecting on the surrounding mountain ranges. 

Arrival at Al-Sharaf Plateau: After approximately 5 hours of trekking, you will reach the high plateau of Al-Sharaf (2,000m) by afternoon. 

Camp Setup & Evening: Upon arrival, the campsite will be set up by the team. You are free to enjoy a short walk around the camp area to witness the north face of the Al Hajar mountain and dramatic views of the Wadi Al Sahtan. Enjoy an overnight camping experience with dinner provided

Breakfast & Camp Wrap-up: After breakfast at the campsite, the camp is wrapped up.

Ridge Trek: Start the day’s trek, which continues East along the ridge of the mountain towards Sharaf Al Alamayn. This walk is typically for seven hours and due to the terrain, the donkeys are not suitable for this section of the trek; you will carry your own day packs.

Breathtaking Views: The trail offers breathtaking views of the remote villages of Wadi Sahtan and Wadi Bani Awf below.

Conclusion of Tour: The trek concludes at the end of the ridge walk in Sharaf Al Alamayn, where pre-arranged car transfer will be waiting to take you back to your starting location or next destination.
